In the most unfortunate of ways, dear Violet Gray has passed away.
Her blog will be kept up and running, but due to privacy and respect, I will not be sharing the details of her death.
I hope that you all enjoyed Violet’s company and friendship while she was still alive. She was a very good friend of mine, and I will never, ever forget her. ❤ She truly was a wonderful person; my friends and I always joked that she was “too pure for this world”. I guess she really was.
May she rest in peace. ❤

Hi, guys! How’s it going? Today, is finally, (drum roll please, how dare you not drum roll?) I’m started my very first writing series!! *Dies* I’m not much of a writing expert, nor do write as consistently as I should, but that does not mean that I cannot make a series, am I right? *Hesitant smile*
This post is all about (drum roll, again) PLANNING. Planning is like one of the first steps in writing. However, for me, this step is OPTIONAL. Sometimes, I just go with the flow and write whatever the heck I want. But, now I’m starting to make my writing life a LITTLE less crazy and out of control, so for major novels or books I’m going to write, I have decided to make a plan.

I know, I know, “Violet, you are all over the place, first, you post in a week, now two days in a row?” First of all, I’m always a complete mess. Second, right now, my blog is new, a fresh fetus, and I’m still trying to find my schedule and work things out. A blog schedule will be going out soon. 🙂 And I just wanted to. Hello, everyone! Today, we are back, with a collab (col·lab/kəˈlab/noun: a collaboration)!!! My very first one *Cries (with joy)*! This collab has a very interesting story to it. These text messages were sent and received on Saturday night, at 11.18 p.m:
Ivy: Want to be spontaneous?? Me: Ummm Sure, why? Ivy: Do you want to write a collab, randomly at 11.18 p.m? Me: … YESS Ivy: YAY YOU ARE THE MOST AMAZING PERSON EVER I’M SO LUCKY TO BE YOUR FRIEND, OMG THANK YOU SOO MUCH WOW YOU ARE JUST SO AMAZING
Yes, this conversation actually took place (though I may have added that last line). Actually, we were planning on writing it really quickly on Saturday, and post it one Sunday, but that clearly didn’t work since today is the NEXT SATURDAY It was a spontaneous collab (clearly), for a while, then we took out time for edits and other “technical” stuff (plus we didn’t finish it…). And just for you who does not know, Ivy and I have ten questions and we are supposed to try to answer them for each other. (Five on my blog, five on hers)
